# Sign up/Sign in

After you've signed in the workspace with your Rithmic/CQG account, you won't be able to access full functionality on the mobile app until you sign in with your email address on the mobile app.

To do so, please try the following:&#x20;

1\. Click on the DOM option&#x20;

2\. Click the Sign In button

3\. Enter your MotiveWave email address that you used to lease/purchase your desktop version and then click on the Sign In button:

You will then receive an authorization request in your mailbox to confirm your mobile device.
