Another Instance of MotiveWave Is Using License Key
If MotiveWave is not shutdown properly, your system crashes or you experience network connectivity issues, then the current session will show as active and any further sessions will cause this error to occur. MotiveWave will automatically reset your license key after approximately 15-20 minutes.
Please contact support@motivewave.com during regular US market hours to request a manual reset of your session if you need quicker access. Please use an email subject that makes the issue obvious such as "clear session" or "clear active session".
