You could try enabling Extended Data by right-clicking on the chart > Show Extended Data or go to View menu > Show Extended Data * **Bad data from server**: You could try "Clear Local Data". In case clearing the local data does not work, the problem might be on the connection sides, you would need to reach out your brokers.
