When you are unable to connect to IQFeed and receive a message as follows:
In this case, please make sure that you have installed IQFeed Client that can be found here: https://iqfeed.net/index.cfm?displayaction=support§ion=download. After the IQFeed Client has been installed, it will automatically connect to MotiveWave when you log in an IQFeed workspace.
